About Us

Bancroft, Idaho

With approximately 350 residents plus rural farming and ranching families in the north Gem Valley of Caribou County, Bancroft holds a tender place in hearts of many. After old Highway 30 was rerouted 45 years ago to bypass Bancroft the town amenities have dwindled to almost nothing.

Eat, Shop, Sleep

Soon we will offer a Restaurant to eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Basic menus with usual items for breakfast and lunch. Dinners will be family style with one dish per evening. Local meats and vegetables will be offered.
Fridays and Saturdays we will have Steaks, chicken, seafood available on the Cowboy grill. Smoked meats and jerky will also be available.
We will have an Ice Cream parlor dedicated to Toolsons, a business in town that served generations.
We will have a store to purchase local made merchandise, groceries and necessities.
We will have three up to date living quarters to be rented VRBO by daily or weekly.
